Once you're ready to move forward, a commissioning deposit, which will be applied towards the total project balance, is placed to secure your production slot and formally begin the design process. This milestone allows our team to proceed with confidence—coordinating timelines, materials, and next steps as we bring your vision to life.
With your project commissioned, one of our senior designers begins shaping the design vision in earnest. This stage is dedicated to understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and spatial requirements in depth. On-site measurements and 3D mapping tools are employed to document the space with precision, ensuring a seamless foundation for the design ahead. Through detailed dialogue, reference imagery, and early planning, we begin translating ideas into a tailored architectural and aesthetic direction.
Meticulously incorporating measurements collected and ideas you provided, your dedicated designer will begin drawings and work closely with you to establish the right materials, hardware and overall finishes to help us portray an accurate visual of how your project will look. This visual is completed using our state of the art CAD software, allowing you to understand exactly how the design works and how the project will look. Ideally this stage would occur at one of our showroom locations, but your dedicated designer can also travel to your home, should it be more convenient for you.
When you are completely happy with the final design, you will receive the Terms of Sale agreement for signed execution. Along with this, you will be provided with a comprehensive design and production package for review and approval. At this stage, a deposit equal to 50% of the project balance—less the previously paid commissioning deposit—will be required. Once received, your order is sent to our backend team of skilled craftsmen, where it will soon be put into production.
At an agreed time—typically no later than three weeks before installation—our team will return to site for a final verification. This visit ensures all services are in place and confirms that site conditions align precisely with the approved design drawings. This last check allows us to validate dimensions and details, ensuring a smooth and seamless installation day.
The remaining balance of your project is due five business days prior to delivery. This final payment confirms that all cabinetry has passed our internal quality checks and is cleared for release. Once received, your order is prepared for dispatch in accordance with the pre-scheduled delivery timeline.
Your cabinetry will be delivered either the day before or the morning of your scheduled installation. Depending on the scale and complexity of the project, installation typically requires 5 to 7 days. Our skilled team manages the process with precision and care—ensuring each element is installed to the highest standard and aligned perfectly with the approved design.
To ensure your cabinetry meets both your expectations and our exacting standards, a Quality Assurance Specialist will complete a detailed inspection after installation. This final walkthrough allows us to confirm every detail has been executed to the highest level of craftsmanship and care.
